The WinMan Project Management feature is versatile and can be used for a range of activities such as tracking complex bids, pursuing opportunities and generating leads.
CRM projects can be created as a convenient place for sales staff and account managers to log tasks and activities, key personnel, proposals and quotes. Quotes can be tracked using the version control functionality, and the values and probability factors logged against projects will translate into sales pipeline and conversion reporting.
Activities and tasks can be allocated to a specific team member or department. Each user can manage their daily tasks by using the CRM summary as it lists all of the activities, tasks and projects they are involved in. Specific times can be booked out for task completion.
For complex projects, managers can create sub-projects and milestones providing support for work breakdown structure management (WBS) for costing and billing purposes. Original estimated data can help drive demand and resource planning as well as providing expected and actual performance against the estimate.
WinMan project management will integrate fully allowing a smooth dataflow between all other areas of the WinMan system including resource management, supply chain, production management, MRP, CRM and finance.

Our WinMan ERP system allows me to directly and quickly access the management information I need to run the business – real-time reporting of key performance indicators such as operating efficiencies and deliveries. Vitally, more consistent pricing gives a truer margin on the work we perform. Meanwhile the system has supported our company’s strategy of investment for growth and its ability to meet delivery promises, hence strengthening its reputation in the marketplace as a reliable and trustworthy supplier. An accurate delivery date to the nearest day can now be assigned by our sales administration staff within half-an-hour of an order being placed. We proudly meet over 99% of those dates.
