WinMan's Service Management functions allow control of customer maintenance contracts and billing, visibility of the customer’s site equipment, a full service history against that equipment, and full scheduling and communication with the technicians through a web-based portal. After jobs have been scheduled, using a skills matrix back at base, the technicians can see their work schedule, identify particular data they should be gathering and record information about the visit. The technicians can record expenses and create follow up visits, as well as noting information relevant to the customer.
In order to offer a gold standard of service, the WinMan system allows users to track equipment through all resell transactions in order to successfully manage their after sales business. In this way, WinMan users are able to service and create contacts for items they didn't sell, taking after sales business from their competitors.
Using WinMan allows your customers to manage their own equipment through a web portal. Here they can check service history and manage future downtime for regular maintenance. Any safety critical issues flagged by the service engineer will be visible to the senior management allowing for proactive responses.
