With WinMan ERP you'll get advanced features such as CRM, Project (lead/opportunity) controls, document management, sophisticated pricing policy, quoting tools and product configuration. Users will be able to analyze sales data in detail, making sure your investment is robust and scalable.
Sales quotes and orders can be raised within the system and stored against the CRM company. The system automatically pulls data from the contact records and holds all the opportunities and communication history. All trading information such as payment terms, discounts and special shipping information can all be stored against the contact records as well. From this same sales order, finance managers can also process progress payments and account managers can see the history of the sales order.
Managers will be able to add any sales promotions onto the system so that these discounts will be automatically included on relevant quotations and sales orders processed during the appropriate date range. Special pricing for individual customers, groups or branches can be easily stored.
For configured or made to order products, your unique product specifications can be uploaded into the 'Product Configurator'. This function caters to both basic features and options, as well as, complex products where rules and dependencies are used to generate accurate configurations.
The WinMan Go app will provide users with mobile access to WinMan on a range of devices. This application supports all CRM functions and can relay any other sales-related information required including custom data.

Vitally, more consistent pricing gives a truer margin on the work we perform. Meanwhile the system has supported our company’s strategy of investment for growth and its ability to meet delivery promises, hence strengthening its reputation in the marketplace as a reliable and trustworthy supplier. An accurate delivery date to the nearest day can now be assigned by our sales administration staff within half-an-hour of an order being placed. We proudly meet over 99% of those dates.
