Graeme Brummitt

Director

With extensive experience in Manufacturing and ERP sector, Graeme has worked in range of positions from being a Production Controller to an IT Manager to an ERP Implementations Manager.  

Through the years he has worked with a number of manufacturing and distribution companies and carried out a number of ERP implementations during his time as a Implementation Manager at WinMan. After showing a natural aptitude for management and optimising processes he quickly became the Operations Manager and then the Operations Director - where he currently oversees the daily operations of the business from Accounts, Sales, Quality Management to Admin.

Within his role Graeme's aim is to ensure all processes meet compliance and quality standards through to the smooth running of day-to-day operations. In his spare time Graeme enjoys playing Golf, Skiing and Cycling. 

Jonathan Davies

Director

Jonathan Davies has over 30 years within the IT and ERP software industry. He has been instrumental in establishing WinMan in the UK market for over 20 years.

With a wide range of experience in working with multinational and single site Manufacturers, Distributors and Retailers, he has worked in all areas of ERP including providing business systems analysis, implementation consultancy, pre-sales and sales.

Within his role as Account Director he provides top level strategic guidance for WinMan including both product and customer development. In his spare time Jonathan enjoys cycling, hiking and family activities. 

Jonathan Wood

Director

Jonathan Wood has over 20 years’ experience in the ERP sector, he started in programming and then moved into implementations and consultancy, before becoming one of the 'Director's' at WinMan. During his time at WinMan he has been the lead consultant on a variety of projects ranging from 4 user systems, on a single site, to global implementations of multiple sites and continents. Jonathan has implemented ERP software in a wide variety of manufacturing and distribution environments including automotive, plastics, petro-chemical, retail, cosmetics, heavy manufacturing and distribution. He has been involved in all areas of the ERP selection and implementation process from the initial sale and selection to the completion and final handover to support.

Within his role, Jonathan's core focus is to bring together the support, implementation and technical services teams to deliver a high level of service from initial implementation through to on-going support. In his spare time he likes sailing and cycling. 

Nick Jacobs

Director

Nick Jacobs wants to live in a world where software has no bugs and computers do what they are told.

Based in Brighton within his role as WinMan Technical Director his core focus is to oversee the development and product roadmap of WinMan ERP Software.

From building revolutionising applications to stunning websites he has a wealth of experience in HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, T-SQL and Visual Studio.

When he’s not improving WinMan, you can find him in the sky flying his Cessna light aircraft or catching up on the latest episodes of Peppa Pig with his two sons.

Kim Droessler

President

WinMan LLC is led by Kim Droessler, President.  Kim has over 25 years of manufacturing experience in mid-size, privately held and Fortune 100 global engineering and manufacturing companies. He worked in industry for 20 years as Vice President of Engineering, Director of Product Development, Manager of Global Process Development, and various other engineering and process improvement roles.  Kim has been intimately involved in the ERP selection process and decision making; evaluating various ERP vendors, visiting customer sites, critiquing demos, developing ROI analysis, and proposing solutions to the Board of Directors.  He was also responsible for an implementation of WinMan at a global manufacturer of industrial burners and heat exchangers with 19 WinMan sites operating in make-to-order, configure-to-order and engineer-to-order environments with full CRM, service, inter-company transactions, engineering, and financials.  This implementation included sites in the US, Canada, China, The Netherlands, and the UK. 

Heather Rogers

Director

Heather Rogers joined WinMan in July 2012 and has been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to work across a range of departments; having first joined WinMan as a Support Analyst, moving through Implementations to Account Management and into Sales.

Focused on managing the sales team whilst ensuring continued growth, as well as working strategically and collaboratively with other departments to ensure the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction. In addition to this, another key area of focus is the successful and complete delivery of ordered system requirements. She is instrumental in feeding in demand feedback from prospects, and the existing customer base, to ensure that the WinMan solution continues to be developed and is in line with the innovations required by the market.

She has a background in forensic science, so she often defaults to a “problem solving” approach to understand prospect needs. In her spare time she enjoys running and spending time with her family.
