Human Resource Management is required in every company. As part of the core WinMan system administrative tasks can be turned into workflows to help automate processes, save time and store information centrally.

Work Management functions allow users to submit holiday requests, record absences and track time and attendance. Workflows for holiday requests can be configured so an automatic notification is sent to the direct manager for authorization. HR personnel will also be able to pull attendance reports, arrange performance reviews and schedule payments based on payroll reports.

Confidential documents such as employee letters and reviews can all be stored securely; user access can always be firmly limited using WinMan security profiles.

For each employee, skills matrixes can be created to log and monitor staff training and proficiencies. All training levels and certification expiry dates can be logged, and reminders can be scheduled for renewal dates.

Outsourcing contracts can be effortlessly managed where different rates and jobs can be recorded and linked with resource and production planning.
