WinMan provides you with a feature-rich integrated CRM system. It offers total visibility of all customer or prospect activities including communication, projects, proposals, quotes, sales orders, queries or support issues and payment terms.
The CRM project function captures all information and communication for both simple and complex sales opportunities. Users have the ability to generate quotes and sales orders directly within the system and automation of required tasks can be set against multiple contacts within the project. All important documents such as sales orders, contracts, specifications etc. can all be stored against the relevant company or contact and referred to when required. This allow sales managers to view and track the progress of sales projects and pipeline figures with ease.
Users can manage and organize their daily workloads by creating high, medium or low priority activities such as appointments, follow-up emails, and phone calls. Due dates can be set for each activity and overdue activities can be highlighted within the CRM summary.
The data required for mass communication projects such as direct mail, emails or telesales campaigns can be segmented based on customer buying behavior, prospect profiles, the contact’s location, or any other characteristics. WinMan CRM will interface with modern email campaign software to provide feedback of opened messages. If email conversations take place outside of the ERP system, our Outlook plug-in will attach the client or prospect conversations to the company record.
A range of conversation templates can be created within the system to help with initial training, sales interactions or customer service communications. Users will be able to create and save templates such as scripts for logging support calls, initial sales calls, follow-up emails and predefined questions for customer returns.
Customer service issues such as customer returns, support calls and maintenance contracts can all be managed through the WinMan CRM functionality, allowing customer advisors to log queries as a case against the contact record.
WinMan CRM can also be accessed remotely via WinMan Go using a mobile device such as a tablet or a smartphone - this provides remote and infrequent users with easy to use, configurable access, reporting and update facilities. The flexible customer portal keeps customers informed of outstanding orders and support cases in real-time, in whatever level of detail is deemed appropriate.

Vitally, more consistent pricing gives a truer margin on the work we perform. Meanwhile the system has supported our company’s strategy of investment for growth and its ability to meet delivery promises, hence strengthening its reputation in the marketplace as a reliable and trustworthy supplier. An accurate delivery date to the nearest day can now be assigned by our sales administration staff within half-an-hour of an order being placed. We proudly meet over 99% of those dates.
