Supplier contract quantities, consignment stock information, delivery lead times and stock levels can all be uploaded onto the system. This information is then linked with the MRP and production management functions making just-in-time and Kanban purchasing methods easy to maintain.

Continuous supplier performance reviews are easily conducted because detail such as timeliness, full deliveries, complaints, returns and defect rates can be logged for full reporting. Any returns created will be linked to inventory statistics so you will always work with the most up-to-date stock numbers.
