The Board of Directors at WinMan have increasingly felt that there has been a need to make improvements in the links between Support, Implementation and Technical Services.
Jon Wood has been identified as the ideal individual to bring these areas of the business together. Having worked in Implementations at WinMan for over 9 years and been the head of projects for 3 years, Jon has now been appointed as Director of Customer Services.
Jon has only been in this role for a short amount of time but he has already identified the need for improved communications between WinMan and our Customers. We have begun implementing new internal processes to improve this as well as the overall success of Support, Implementation and Technical Services.
As an additional measure to improve communication with our Customers, the need for an additional position of Account Manager was highlighted. Heather Rogers has been assigned to this role and works under Jonathan Davies in the Sales Department. Heather’s key job functions are to keep in regular contact with our Customers and keep them up-to-date on the latest developments and enhancements to the WinMan package. Heather will be making contact with many of our Customers in the upcoming months to ensure that they are making the best use of the WinMan system as well as identifying any areas where WinMan could further be utilised to support and enrich your business.
