Team Update


Join us in welcoming Lyn Foster, who has recently come onboard as our new Account Manager. 

She has a wealth of expertise in account management and customer services from both an operational and commercial perspective. Held positions, and knowledgeable, across of a range of industries including industrial, aerospace, manufacturing, retail, and services. She is also qualified to degree level in field of Business and Management.

Lyn will work closely with both Jonathan Davies, Account Director and Gary Mortimer, Implementation Manager for Existing Customers, whilst also liaising with the wider WinMan teams.

Her key goals include:

  • Developing cohesive relationships with users
  • Understanding and supporting you with your ERP, IT and continuous improvement strategies
  • Advising users on both existing and future product developments
  • Improving overall user satisfaction

Basic Authentication 


Since the start of June, we have sent several communications asking you to confirm your preferred pathway for dealing with the upcoming Microsoft deprecation.

As the development of the WinMan solution continues, we wanted to update you on the status of each pathway option and advise of the next steps:

  • Option 1 - most respondents have confirmed they will need to upgrade (once the solution is available) to ensure they can continue to send emails from the WinMan system

  • Option 2 - there is a small pocket of users who wish to discuss their best course of action, Lyn will start reaching out to you from tomorrow onwards to understand your requirements

  • Option 3 - was applicable to those who do not email from WinMan, or those who already have a work around for sending emails in place

Several system users are still yet to respond, therefore Lyn will also be reaching out to you, to ensure we are aware of your plans to deal with the Microsoft changes, and so we can try to minimise impact to your operations.
