V8.0005.04 - Highlights 

• Payment Runs
  
  • The following options have been added to allow the customisation of BACS output:
    • BACs File Extension
    • BACs File Output Directory
    • BACs File Output Directory Domain
    • BACs File Output Directory Password
    • BACs File Output Directory Username
      
      
      
• Sales Orders:
  • Check Order Number
    
    • This existing system option has been modified to allow better granularity on the type of orders to check.
      Options added are 'Quote' and 'Order', on top of the already existing 'Yes' and 'No' options.
      
      
      
• Shipments:
  • Override Shipment Integration Information
    • A new system option has been added called "Use Shipments Integration using ShipmentsIntegration table"
    • By default, the system will work as it has always done, overriding various values on the shipment if an entry exists in the database, but when enabled/set to 'N' this will no longer happen.
      
      
      
• Demand Forecasting
  • New system option "Number of days to add to the current date when setting the first bucket date".  :
  • By default this profile is set to 7 (which is how the system always used to work) however by overriding this the user has more control over when the first bucket date is set.
    
    
    
• Sales Schedules
  • A new customer setting has been added called "Sales Schedule Use customer cross reference or purchase order number"
  • By default this value is set to 'C', meaning the system operates as it always has, taking into account just the product and customer when picking up historical shipments
  • When set to 'P' an additional check is added for Customer Order Number.
  • Additionally, if the customer is set up to use cumulative quantities, it is now possible to enter these per order number.
    
    
    
• Shopify
  • The Shopify Products import has been amended to allow for custom imports of metafields from Shopify by mapping those through a BSP hook.
