V8.0004.01 - Highlights 

• Carrier integration
  • New tab on the carriers module to enter automation details
  • New system options
  • If the carrier used is flagged for automation, on finalise of the shipment the following question appears: 
    Do you wish to Print Carrier Label?
    At this point, depending on the carrier print used, a plugin is called to get label data

• Automatically updating the sales order item due dates if the header due date is changed
  • Before this patch, the user always had to click an icon when changing the header due date, to apply that due date against all the existing lines on the order. This is no longer required if the following option is enabled:
    "Always Update Sales Order Item Due Date”

• Configurator:
  • Optional Extras functionality   
  • Options can now be flagged as an 'optional extra'
  • Products which have a new flag called 'Optional Extra' set to true will now appear in a grid which is presented to the user on the configuration of a product
  • Products which are included as part of this configuration are then added to the structure record of the product.

• Sales schedules: send a bookmark to user(s) if cumulative differences are found
  • Requires comma-separated usernames in this new customer setting 

• System definable shipment statuses
  • Using a new system option, an alternate list of shipment statuses can be created
  • Use "<letter>;<description>" values, separated by commas, to create new statuses.
    The letter is the single character status in the database, the description is what is shown on the shipment header

• Allow allocation of stock to issued MOs
  • It is now possible to allocate stock to a Manufacturing Order which is already in an issued status and where there is a quantity greater than 0 outstanding on the line where an allocation is to take place

• Concur integration
