V8.0003.00 - Highlights 

• Quote Functionality Enhancements
  • New module: Quote Reason Codes
  •  When processing a quote on the sales order screen, lost lines need a reason code selected to proceed
  •  Using a new system option, won items can be excluded from the quote line conversion grid

• CRM Changes 
  • A system option was added to make the system check (based on postal code or work email) whether or not a company already exists and prompt the user to action as needed
  •  A system option controls where the postal code field is positioned when creating a new contact
  •  A system option now controls if a task is closed when an email is sent
  •  A system option now controls if a task is closed when a phone call is logged
  •  A system option was added to remove actions related to booking on/off tasks when enabled
  •  A system option was added that controls any closed tasks activity within CRM Contacts
  •  A tick box was added against the question to 'convert a company to a customer' which remembers the choice made by the user
  •  The companies screen now contains a 'B2B' flag which also updates the customer record (if it exists) 
  • Generic change (not limited to CRM but was done as part of this project) - Icons and Labels can now be hidden from users using the visibility controls

• Excess (MO) Allocations 
  • Existing product setting to deal with excess allocations has option 'N' added, meaning to leave excess allocated stock on the MO
    
    
• Configurator enhancements
  •  A system option was added to control if dimension boxes are docked to the right side of the screen, allowing more space for the related labels
  •  A system option was added that controls if hidden options are validated or not (does not do that by default)
    
    
•  Various bug fixes
