If issues do occur, the system enables easy resolution such as alternative supplier or fast track transport.
Any supplier returns in the supply chain can be logged and monitored within the system. Managers will be able to pull performance reports for supplier reviews and store all contracts against the supplier contract records.
For companies with suppliers abroad WinMan's Container Planning function enables purchasers to optimise transport costs and product mixes for either individual or multiple global suppliers based on the data. Both the currency rates and landed costs can be logged into the ERP system for actual batch costing and profit margin calculations.
WinMan can support complex purchase projects including new product development, tasks and deadlines. For these situations the system supports product sign-off, first off manufacturing accepted and hazard certifications.
