Lot number and serial number tracking permit full traceability from the moment an item enters the warehouse, until the moment it leaves. While comprehensive inventory options mean that bonded locations, consignment stock, expiry dates and shelf life can all be catered for.

With the addition of WinMan Mobile and RF handheld units, wireless management of the stores is simplified and accuracy and efficiency improved even further. What's more you can use touch screen kiosks in the warehouse so operations can be performed simply and quickly without having to return to a terminal.

Customisable picking instructions can be produced based on any number of rules including weight, volume, carrier and geography to optimise labour usage.

As you would expect WinMan has the usual set of stock management operations to effortlessly enquire, move and adjust stock levels. Stock counts can be complete or partial while Perpetual Inventory (PI) can be employed to continually monitor levels based on check frequencies and speed of use.
