During this difficult and unprecedented time, our employees, customers and the community are at the forefront of our minds.
At WinMan, we are doing everything we can to ensure that we are playing our part and maintain business-as-usual whilst adhering to government guidelines.
It is our priority to ensure that our customers have continued access to their software, our helpdesk, training, implementation and account management services while keeping our employees and customers safe during this difficult period.
WinMan has the capabilities and experience in delivering online services via virtual meetings. We can provide demos, discovery sessions, implementation projects, consultancy, training, and go-live support all remotely, as well as, day-to-day support.
Our team members will still be contactable during usual office hours and our helpdesk can be accessed via the support portal and email outside of these hours.
Thanks to the measures we have in place we are confident that our day-to-day operations will continue as normal.
