As Account Manager your primary role is to support the Account Director with the objective of maximising and enhancing our customer's use of the WinMan software.
This will mainly be achieved by managing the incoming communication from existing customers usually in the form of enquiries, support cases or projects ,and prioritising the work. It will also involve creating basic customer specifications including reports, process events (work flow), BI views and dashboards, plug ins and apps. The role involves managing high level detailed estimates, obtaining purchase orders and scheduling the work.
You will also promote and deliver customer training and make outbound account management service calls to existing customers to discuss their requirements, issues and to develop action plans to improve customer utilisation of the WinMan system.
There will be occasional on-site visits.

- Full driving licence
- High level of numeracy and literacy

- Determined, motivated and ability to work under pressure
Desirable
- Business/IT Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience working for a software or ERP company and some experience of implementation
- Previous account management or B2B sales experience
