We are looking for an Account Manager to be based at our Head Office in Birmingham, to build and manage the relationships between WinMan and our exisiting customers.
The primary role of the Account Manager is to maximize sales to the existing WinMan customer base. This will be achieved by developing relationships with customers and enhancing the customer’s experience of the WinMan product and the support services provided.
This will involve regular contact with the customers to discuss their requirements and issues and to develop action plans to improve customer utilisation of the WinMan system. This will include identification of opportunities for sales of software licences, hardware, customisations and implementation services.
Contact will be by a variety of means including on-site visits, outbound telephone calls, webinars and internal seminars.
The Account Manager will also, naturally, field enquiries and complaints from customers. The Account Manager will need to ensure that these are managed to resolution in line with Company procedure.
